What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up with us, we'll send you a welcome email along with next steps to kick-start your onboarding process. We'll assign your Media Maven to you and send you a link to your private and secure online Google Drive Space. Here we'll ask you to upload elements of your business and brand information. This will help your Media Maven to seamlessly align your repurposed content to your brand.
Each month you upload your core content pieces (blog, podcast or video content) for repurposing. Once we've created and quality assured your content, we'll let you know when it's ready to download from your secure Google Drive space. You'll have an opportuity to review your content, request any revisions, and then you're good to publish!
Can I add extra graphics to my package?
Absolutely - please contact us at any time if you would like to increase the number of graphics in your order.
How soon will I receive my content?
Onboarding: If it's your first order with us, we ask you to allow 2 additonal business days to get you onboarded, and for us to fully understand your brand and content needs.
1 Content Piece: 7 Business Days*
2-5 Content Pieces: 14 Business Days*
6-10 Content Pieces: 21 Business Days*
* Including 1/2 day internal quality assurance.
What types of imagery can you create in my chosen service?
If you have any specific requests for your imagery, please let us know in advance and we'll be happy to help. This is how we can repurpose your written, audio or visual content:

Podcast Repurposing: All of the above plus audiograms.

I dont have fresh content right now, can I repurpose my old content?
Absolutlely, we can repurpose anything from your existing content library.
How much do you edit my original core content pieces (blog, podcast & videos)?
We ask that your core content pieces are sound edited, visually edited and formatted prior to uploading them to us for repurposing.
What's your Cancellation Policy?
At Repurpose My Socials, our aim is to be your trusted content marketing partner, growing hand in hand with your business. However, we understand that circumstances may change.
Here's our cancellation and refund policy:
Your order may be cancelled within 24hours of placing your order, after which no refunds will be given (as we will have started fulfilling your order).
