The Content Engine FAQ
The Content Engine is a strategic content amplification service.
Rather than creating more content from scratch, we identify the ideas, themes and conversations that are already resonating with your audience and transform them into strategic content assets designed to build visibility, authority and trust.
Most repurposing services focus on turning one piece of content into multiple assets.
We go one step further.
Before we create anything, we review your content ecosystem to identify what is already connecting with your audience. We then build content around those opportunities rather than relying on guesswork.
We typically work with:
Podcasts
YouTube videos
Webinars
Interviews
Livestreams
Educational presentations
Training sessions
Other long-form audio or video content
Not at all.
While podcasts work particularly well, we can work with any long-form video or audio content that demonstrates expertise and provides value to your audience.
We review your content ecosystem and look for audience resonance signals.
This may include engagement patterns, recurring themes, audience feedback and content performance indicators.
Our goal is to identify the ideas that already appear to be connecting with your audience and help those ideas travel further.
That’s perfectly fine.
Many of our clients have years of podcasts, videos, webinars and interviews.
We’ll review your content ecosystem and identify the opportunities most suitable for amplification.
A standard Content Engine delivery includes:
5 short-form reels
7 story assets
1 carousel post
1 graphic image or quote asset
Platform-ready captions
SEO hashtags
Accessibility-focused alt-text
Recommended posting guidance
Deliverables may vary depending on the package purchased.
Scheduling is available as an optional add-on service.
If purchased, we’ll upload and schedule your approved content using your chosen scheduling platform.
Our Engage Service is available as an optional add-on and provides community engagement support across your social media platforms.
Most projects are delivered within approximately 7–10 business days after onboarding and receipt of all required materials.
Timelines may vary depending on content complexity and responsiveness during the review process.
Each Content Engine delivery includes one round of revisions.
You’ll have five business days to review your content and request any corrections or amendments.
The Content Engine is designed for podcasters, YouTubers, coaches, consultants, educators and creators who are already producing content that resonates with their audience.
By resonance, we mean content that is generating meaningful audience signals such as engagement, shares, saves, comments, conversations or repeat interest from your community.
You don’t need a huge audience. In fact, many of our clients have relatively modest followings. What matters is evidence that your content is connecting with the people who see it.
If you’ve ever noticed certain episodes, videos, topics or conversations consistently attracting more engagement than others, that’s exactly the type of opportunity The Content Engine is designed to identify and amplify.
The best fit for The Content Engine is someone who already has valuable content and evidence of audience resonance, but doesn’t have the time or desire to turn every great idea into a week’s worth of strategic content.
If that sounds like you, you’re likely a strong fit.
No.
While The Content Engine is designed to identify and amplify content that has already demonstrated audience resonance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as views, followers, engagement, leads or sales.
What we can guarantee is a thoughtful, strategic process focused on helping your best ideas reach more of the right people.
The best place to start is by taking the Content Ecosystem Audit.
From there, you’ll have the opportunity to book a complimentary Content Ecosystem Review where we’ll discuss your results and identify one opportunity within your content ecosystem.

Scheduling FAQ
What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a short onboarding email from us with next steps. We’ll gather access to your scheduling platform, confirm your posting preferences (days, times, platforms, time zone), and let you know when your first week of content is ready to be scheduled.
From there, our team handles the uploads and scheduling each week — and you’ll receive confirmation once everything is set and ready to publish.
Do I need to purchase The Content Engine as well as scheduling?
Yes — the Scheduling Service is designed to work alongside our Content Engine service.
We schedule the content that we create for you, ensuring everything is formatted, uploaded, and published correctly. This helps us maintain quality, consistency, and a smooth workflow for both you and our team.
Will you schedule my other content for me?
At this time, we only schedule content created by Repurpose My Socials.
This allows us to guarantee everything is on-brand, platform-ready, and aligned with your strategy — without delays or formatting issues caused by external assets.
I dont have a content calendar - does that matter?
Not at all. Many clients come to us without a formal content calendar.
We’ll follow a simple, consistent weekly rhythm based on best practice — or align with any preferences you share (such as posting days or platforms to prioritise).
Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for posting failures caused by platform outages or technical errors caused by third-party platforms or scheduling tools. We always advise clients to refresh or repost content to your feeds, or reschedule the failed post(s) for a new date/time.
Will you manage my content calendar for me?
We don’t manage or plan long-term content calendars at this stage.
Our role is to schedule your repurposed content clearly and reliably, so you can stay visible without needing to think about uploads or posting logistics.
Will you schedule posts to individual platforms for me?
To keep things efficient and consistent, we require the use of a scheduling tool (such as PaddyPost, Later, Metricool, Planoly, Buffer, or Hootsuite). Many of these offer a free limited account to get you going.
We don’t post manually to individual platforms. If you don’t yet have a scheduler, we’re happy to recommend one that suits your needs and help you get set up (for an additional charge).
I don't have a scheduling tool. Will you set up my scheduling account for me?
Yes, we can. If you don’t yet have a scheduling platform, we offer a one-off scheduler setup service for an additional £199.
We’ll help you choose the right tool for your needs, set up your account correctly, and ensure everything is ready for smooth, stress-free scheduling going forward. Please contact us to discuss this.
Yes. Once your content has been uploaded and scheduled, you’ll receive confirmation so you can review everything in your scheduling platform.
If you’d like scheduling changes, just let us know before the scheduled publish time.
We’ll schedule your content to all platforms supported by your chosen scheduling tool — typically including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, BlueSky, Threads and X.
Some platforms may have limitations depending on the scheduler you use, and we’ll guide you accordingly.
We schedule all content according to your preferred time zone, which we confirm during onboarding.
If you have multiple audiences across regions, we’ll follow the time zone you specify.
Yes — you can update your posting preferences at any time. We simply ask for a little notice so we can apply the changes smoothly to your upcoming content.
No — scheduling and engagement are separate services.
If you’d like our team to actively engage with your audience, reply to comments, and nurture community, you can add our Engage Service.
If content isn’t submitted in time, scheduling for that week may be delayed.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but consistent submission helps us keep everything running smoothly.
No — captions are scheduled exactly as approved. Any changes requested after scheduling may need to be rescheduled or applied to future posts.

Engage FAQ
The Engage Service provides you with a dedicated team member who engages on your social media platforms as a trusted extension of your brand.
We focus on responding to comments and interacting thoughtfully with your audience — helping you build genuine connection and community without needing to be online constantly.
We’ll engage on the platforms you specify during onboarding, typically including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Engagement is focused on your own accounts only, ensuring conversations stay aligned with your brand and audience.
Our team will:
Reply to comments on your posts
Like and acknowledge audience responses
Remove spam or inappropriate comments
Foster positive, on-brand conversation
All engagement is carried out in your brand’s tone of voice, using guidance you provide.
No — we do not respond to DMs.
As DMs often involve sales, sensitive topics, or personal information, these are best handled by you or your internal team. If a sales-related comment appears publicly, we’ll politely direct the person to your website or preferred contact method.
We aim to respond to comments within three hours of your post being published, Monday to Friday, during business hours. This helps keep conversations active and shows your audience that you’re present and engaged.
The Engage Service includes 10 hours per week of active engagement time.
We’ll use this time strategically across your chosen platforms to create the most value for your community.
Absolutely. You retain full ownership and control of your accounts at all times. Our team accesses your platforms securely via official permissions or agreed access methods — never without your consent.
Yes — and we encourage it.
You can let us know:
Your tone of voice preferences
Topics or phrases to avoid
How to handle sensitive comments
When to hide, delete, or block users
If no specific guidance is given, we’ll always act thoughtfully and professionally in line with your brand values.
Engagement helps build trust, visibility, and stronger relationships — but we can’t guarantee specific growth or sales outcomes. Our role is to support community presence and responsiveness, not to promise algorithm-driven results.
Yes — the Engage Service can be purchased as a standalone service or alongside our other offerings.
Whether you’re already creating your own content or using our repurposing services, our team can support you by engaging with your audience and nurturing meaningful connection on your social platforms.
